Colleen Yu
Founder & CEO

Colleen is a creative strategist driving brands’ cultural and economic impact across markets. A former KPMG consultant and Goldman Sachs private wealth manager, she blends analytical expertise with creative vision to unite brands, creators, and communities through impactful experiential strategy.

Under her leadership, EX•R has delivered over 3,000 campaigns and expanded its footprint across the globe. Her innovation is behind the development of ecosystems leveraging strategic partnerships to connect brands with audiences, including Live Nation Connect for music, Yum Me Play for famex, and Art Basel for arts.

At universities and international forums, Colleen draws upon her 20 years of experience to share forward-looking insights on culture, tourism, and the evolving landscape of experiential marketing. She is frequently featured in leading Hong Kong media outlets, in recognition of her eminence as a sector leader and her championing of women’s empowerment.

Colleen graduated from Carnegie Mellon University as a triple major of Marketing, Information Technology, and Japanese. She is fluent in five languages.

Inna Rodchenko-Highfield
CSO & Head of MENA

Inna is a global strategist with two decades of experience across corporate finance, art consultancy and project development in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong. She has managed private and institutional art initiatives, led development for global art fairs and built strategic programs at the intersection of business, culture and community. Her work is rooted in a deep understanding of how creative capital drives economic and cultural value, and how to deliver that impact across borders.

Melody is a business director leading EX-R Insight. She specializes in luxury brand strategy, experience curation, concept development, and asset repositioning to build integrated destinations that drive long-term market leadership. Her work includes leading flagship expansions for LVMH brands; managing a 16-Michelin-star F&B portfolio; launching Hong Kong’s first premium food hall; developing Hongkong Land’s new retail strategy; and overseeing the flagship renovation of the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong.

Nicole is a business director leading EX-R Impact. She has over a decade of experience producing exhibitions and immersive public-facing experiences across Asia, spanning government-led initiatives, corporate programmes, and premium brands. She blends strategy, branding, and cultural communications to build partnerships and deliver high-impact work. Her expertise covers end-to-end delivery - from planning and stakeholder alignment to sponsorship, hospitality, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation, turning creative vision into measurable outcomes.

Will Dai
Senior Creative Director

Will is a senior creative director and communication designer with expertise in art direction, design consultancy, visual design, brand identity, packaging, photography, and video production. His creative journey spans the United States, Greater China, and the United Kingdom, with extensive work experience at Wieden+Kennedy, WeWork, Apple, and IDEO. Will has designed and led the creation of a great number of IMC campaigns, brand identities, and visual collaterals for renowned brands like Apple, Nike, Pernod Ricard, Alibaba, OPPO, and BMW.
